Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Saved (the App), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Saved is operated by Montclair Holdings (Montclair Holdings, York, Pennsylvania).

For iOS use, the Apple Standard Terms of Use also apply.

2. Description of Service

Saved is a multifaith scripture exploration tool. You describe a problem or question you are facing. You select a tradition (Christianity, Islam, or Judaism). The App returns three scripture passages from that tradition using public domain or properly licensed sources. The App does not provide religious counseling, theological advice, or mental health treatment.

3. User Accounts

You can use Saved as a guest without providing an email address. You may choose Sign in with Apple to sync your account across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account you create. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which permanently removes your email, tradition preference, query history, and saved verses.

4. Free Tier and Subscriptions

New users receive 5 free queries. After 5 queries, you must subscribe to continue using the App. Subscription tiers and prices are displayed on the paywall screen before any purchase. On the web, payments are processed by Stripe. In the iOS app, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and managed with RevenueCat, and a one time Lifetime purchase is also available. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Web subscriptions are cancelled from your account settings. iOS subscriptions are cancelled in your App Store account settings (Settings, then your Apple ID, then Subscriptions).

5. Content and Copyright

Saved displays scripture from public domain or authorized sources. The World English Bible, the Yusuf Ali translation of the Quran (1934), and the JPS Tanakh (1917) are public domain. Localized Quran translations may be provided through Quran.com under its content terms. Verse text attribution is displayed with each passage.

The App interface, logo, and design are the property of Montclair Holdings. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

6. AI Processing

Saved uses DeepSeek to match your written problem to scripture passages. Your query text and selected tradition are sent to DeepSeek for processing. If you choose voice input on the web, OpenAI first processes the recording to produce a transcript. The AI does not generate or paraphrase verse text; it only selects references from the canonical scripture of your chosen tradition. Full verse text is fetched separately from public domain or authorized sources. Do not enter emergency, medical, financial, or highly sensitive personal information. Query text is retained in your account history. You can delete your entire account at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Saved for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or scrape the App or its content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Saved is provided as is without any warranty. Montclair Holdings is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. Scripture is presented for personal reflection and is not a substitute for professional religious, medical, or mental health advice. If you are in crisis, contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988).

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms. When required, we will provide notice in the App or by email if an address is available.
